Have you tried grated raw cold potato on your breast? http://www.kellymom.com/herbal/natural-treatments.html#potato

I know you said you have tried everything, but thought I would throw that out there.

Some other thoughts
-Are you wearing underwire bras? Many moms can wear them with no problem, but for a few it is a problem.
-Do you have any pain? Sometimes an underlying yeast infection can cause plugs.
-Are the plugs always on the same side?
-No obvious nipple blebs?
-have you tried any other treatments for recurrent plugs? (acupuncture, homeopathy, vitamin C)
-Any possibility of more frequent pumping, even if it just a short quick 5 minute session?

Yes! I've even tried the potato. I don't wear underwires but think maybe my medela tank bra might not be enough support which may have something to do with it. How much vitamin c? I do take my prenatal plus 600 of c in addition each day. The clog is mostly in the same place. It's the banana type wedge on the outside of my breast. I'm sure it's got something to do with my pumpin horns also but I can't find any that work better and I've got every size and brand! I massage and compress which works sometimes and sometimes doesn't. I'm just so frustrated!!!! Oh and sometimes I see the bleb or white dot but not always..

Darn I was hopping thAT the potato had not been tried.
you are probably ok on the vitamin C - this lists RDA as well as recommended Maximums: http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/vitamins/reference-intake-table.html

I never had luck with the tank/bra (just not enough support), but I am a D when not nursing so......IT might be worth trying a more supportive bra. Since it is always in the same place that really makes me think that it is either friction and/or poor drainage from that area

I have seen a few references to using ultrasound for recurrent plugged ducts.

Lastly here is a post from Kathy about recurrent plugs: http://messageboards.ivillage.com/iv-ppbreastfeed/?msg=39705.28

HTH! Hang in there

Well, looks like my mastitis is back (I had it in December). I'm just never sure when it's a clog or when constant clogs mean mastitis. UGH. Mine is terrible - it's MRSA mastitis which scares me. I took 9 days of Keflex before they realized it wasn't touching the infection. So I'm on 7 days of Bactrim again but if it's still the original infection growing then I'm not confident it goes away. Anyone had this???
