Hi ladies! Let me start by saying this board has been the most helpful tool in EPing. I've been reading many posts for months and finally have a question that I hope to find some help in. I've been EPing since day one and have finally reached the 4 month mark. I'm currently getting 50-53 ounces per day and pumping 5x's per day. My husband goes to work for months at a time and now I'm worried about getting sleep when he leaves again.

I was able to move my middle of the night pump by 15 minute intervals until I was able to combine it with my evening pump.

Thanks so much! That sounds like a great idea that I'll definitely try.

Hi Jenn!

I've been down to 4 pumps now for a few weeks and all seems to be going well. I moved the MOTN pump by 30 mins each week and then got fed up with it (the lack of sleep), so I finally decided to just drop it. A couple of nights I'd wake engorged and just pump then and adjust my first morning pump from there. Now I'm on a good schedule of 10am, 3pm, 9pm and 4 or 5am (depending on when my son wakes up). I can usually count on him waking up around 4 or 5am. So far, I've lost maybe 3 oz per day. I've even been able to cut back on my time pumping each session because I've become more efficient at emptying by breasts by using a higher suction.
