I think you're doing great! I can imagine it's disappointing to have to supplement, but lots of ladies have to and your baby is still getting the great benefits of breastmilk. Just think that she is getting exactly the same amount of great breastmilk nutrition as she was before you had to supplement since you aren't making any less, she is just taking extra. And she may be in a growth spurt and may go back to eating less. Most babies max out around 3 or 4 months, so this may be a temporary thing. My daughter maxed out around 28 ounces. Then one day she ate 40! I was very freaked out and could never have kept up with that, but she ate less the next day and in a few days dropped right back down to what she had been eating. I'm not sure about amount of formula, but I would try giving her the same amount as the BM bottle she would be having and adjust up or down from there. She'll tell you if she's still hungry. Hang in there! You're doing a great job!

How are you doing? Has her eating slowed down at all? Hope everything is going ok!
