I used to carry a converter with me. Most airplanes have power outlets under their seats. If you have a car adapter for your pump, you can pump on the plane. If I was holding my son, I would pump one side and then the other instead of double pumping. This only worked if I knew I wasn't going to get more than 8 ounces and have to change bottles. Otherwise, maybe you can pump early? I know that's not ideal but at least you wouldn't be overflowing and you could pump a bit when you get to your sisters. Otherwise, you will just have to risk it and pump when you get to her place. Good luck!!
