My baby is 4 mo, and recently I have worried that I am not giving her enough milk.

babies will take a bottle reguardless of if theyre hungry simply bc they like to suck and the flow doesnt stop when they do. If shes having enough wet diapers (around 6) and gaining weight shes getting enough. my baby still at 7-8 times a day at 6 months its not that abnormal maybe try 7 4-5oz bottles a day.anna always took 3-4 oz until recently shell take 5 before bed. it sounds like shes getting plenty try not to worry !

Since you said your baby is gaining weight appropriately and isn't fussy, I think you're doing everything right.

My baby is eating a similar amount to yours and she's not quite 11 weeks old yet :). We basically feed her on demand with 4oz bottles and usually at the end of 4oz she's crying for more... for about 30 seconds. Then she realizes she's full, burps, and is happy as a clam. About 3 or 4 times I tried to get her up to 5oz feedings to see if we could go longer between feeds, but she's always spit up a lot when we tried that and was crying for food 3 hours later anyways. This one almost never cuts herself off either but she's growing like a champ so I'm not worried. I figure if she's truly hungry, she won't take no for an answer.
It sounds like you and baby are doing great. Try to relax and enjoy being a mom :)
