My baby is 3.5 months old and I am not producing enough each time I pump to exclusively give her breast milk. I pump 4x/day and she eats 6x/day. Should I try pumping more to increase my supply or what should I do???

You don't say how much milk you are actually producing or how long you are pumping for.  You might want to include this information for people to respond.

I think that as young as your baby is, you probably want to be pumping more often during the day.  Generally, supply is increased by more frequently emptying out.  If baby eats 6x a day, it might be better to pump a shorter amount of time more often.  Or stick with however long your pumps are, but do it more often.  Everyone responds differently to the pump so this can vary  a lot.

Yes!  I would definately up your sessions...each session should be at least 15 mins. or if you letdown earlier perhaps a bit less.  I'd add in at least 2 more sessions for now, at least until you can keep up with your LO, then see where you are!
