I just can't stand the thought of pumping and dumping, but I'm still a newbie and cherish every drop! It's good in the fridge for a few days, so I think I would take a cooler and try to keep ice in there. I've also read its good at room temp up to 10 hrs, so you'd think it would be fine with some type of cooling until u can put it in the hotel fridge. You could try moving your pumps to later in the day if you think a cooler won't work... this seems like a toughy! Hope it all works out for you!

You can always invest in a refrigerated travel cooler that plugs into the cigarette lighter on your car.

While out and about I've had to pump in the car and store in a cooler.

I can testify that I've used bm that's been at room temp for up to 8 hours and my dd never had a problem drinking it. I left an oz. out for 10 hrs.

I travel a lot for work (mostly flying rather than driving, but the concept is similar, and there is almost always overnights), and frequently support "outdoor" testing in remote locations where refrigerators are not available.
