hands free pumping bra cause plugged ducts or mastitis?

I have been EP'ing my 7 week old due to latch difficulty. I developed Mastitis early on and think I have it again. Can this be caused by using a hands free bra to double pump? I feel like it is squishing by breasts down while wearing it and it not very comfortable. I am using the Simple Wishes bustier style bra. It is so much more comfortable to be able to simply hold the pumps to my breasts since i can move them around to different "quadrants" of the breast to alleviate consistent pressure in one spot. But, it takes so much longer to pump each breast individually. I want to use a hands free bra" but i am afraid it is causing plugs and/or mastitis. Are my fears unfounded? Thanks!
I think it is possible given the physiology of the breast. But it is just guess.
But:
1. Maybe you have your bra just to tight or wearing it somehow wrong? I`m size K and always use hands free bra and never feel any squishing
2. You can just cut any regual bra.. It won`t last for very long time without additional stitching, but it might be more comfortable than typical hands free.
BTW in case if you did not see this one http://kellymom.com/bf/pumpingmoms/pumping/hands-free-pumping/
you could use this idea in addition to hands free bra, not to keep horns in place but to distribute some of the bottle`s weight to the bra straps. this way you can loosen bra even more.
