Building a stockpile :)

FTM and I am currently exclusively pumping, wondering how everyone would suggest building a supply in the freezer. I pump every 2-3 hours, producing on average 3-4 oz each time. I have about 8 feedings bottled in the fridge and 15 feedings in the freezer, everything I pump now is going to just maintaining the supply in the fridge. Should I cut down on my supply in the fridge or do I already have enough in the freezer? My son is 3 weeks old and I am a SAHM, just want to make sure I am producing and storing enough to keep him satisfied :)
Hello,
I freeze once a day. I pump and move the put the bottle into the fridge. At the end of the day I leave one or two feedings in the fridge and freeze the rest... I'll be making the next two feedings when I pump again anyway! My little one is eating about 4oz every 3-4 hours and I'm producing twice that just as often. Most days I can freeze at least 16-24oz per day.
