Thank goodness I found this board!!! I have been EPing for 14 weeks now. I have no one that really understands why I continue to EP because they don't see "the point". Anyway, I have noticed in the past week that my milk has become thinner and when it cools it no longer has a thick "cream" at the top of the bottle just a thin layer. I have dropped to 5 sessions a day and pump about 40-50 minutes each session. Please let me know if this is normal. I just uped my daughter to 6oz because she doesn't seem satified. Can someone help?!

Pay attention to your diet.

I am not usually a big meat eater, but I have been eating more meat while pumping because I notice it causes me to produce thicker, creamier milk.

I don't EP - but i work & pump and I noticed a change in the fatty layer on the top of my milk to as time progressed (I starting W&Ping at 10 weeks PP and DD is now 7 months).
