I would check with your pediatrician, but I know in general you do not need to dump your milk when you are sick.

Hi, I had food poisoning when I was pumping and I didn't dump my pumps. Baby was not affected by my illness. In fact, I'd be more inclined to give her more breastmilk than less to make sure that she has the protection of the antibodies in it. As usual, Kellymom.com is an excellent source of info:

Thanks for this info. I just had a bad stomachache due to indigestion and was concern about my milk and my baby. This really helped.
