How to make sure baby is getting Hind milk and not just foremilk?

Hi there,

Once I pump and put the milk in the fridge, the fat usually sticks to the side of the bottle.

Fat is generally in the hind milk. If there is fat separating out after you pump and you are basically pumping until you are empty, you should be getting to the hind milk.
