Is my supply too low??

Hello there!! I'm a new mom here and my son is 15 days old in the NICU. He was born at 28 weeks and is being fed thru a feeding tube right now. I have been pumping since the day I delivered and I am only getting 1 oz all together (both breasts) I pump every 2-3 hrs for 15 min w/ a hospital grade rental pump (Medela Symphony)...my problem is that my son is now up to 15CC every two hours (half an ounce) and I am beginning to worry that my supply is not enough to keep up with him....I drink plenty of water and try to get as much rest as possible while still trying to get up and pump at least 1-2 times thru the night....Is my supply going to come in soon?? Or is this normal for just 2 weeks in???
Oh my goodness!!
Definitely read the beginner's guide on this board, too.
Thank you everyone for all the advice! My milk has come in and I'm now getting about 30-40CC everytime I pump! :) Which is currently keeping up with my DS so I'm a little less stressed these days!!!! They actually have a new setting on the Medela Symphony pumps in the NICU that I used several times a day while spending time with my son....its a Preemie+ pump and its supposed to simulate the sucking a preemie would do. I definately see a difference in my supply since using it and I am very happy! :)
