My names is Sarah. This is my first time on this board and I look forward to chatting with you.
My daughter, Caitlin, is 8 weeks old. Ever since returning to work I have been EP. My question has to do with nusing and working out. I am in the Army and have to lose the baby weight in a specific amount of time in addition to getting back into pre-pregnancy shape. Since returning to work, I have greatly increased my activity level. I work out in the morning and afternoon. My milk supply is doing well. (Im actually looking to start pumping more to ensure a good supply) I, however, have not been losing weight. Do you think this could be because I am nursing? Should I nurse more/ workout less?? I always heard that nuring help you lose weight or lose it faster. I am currently doing Weight Watchers so my eating is (mostly) on track.
