Overproducing in one breast=too much foremilk

My right breast is overproducing like crazy! First, how do I get it to "calm down" and how do I make sure that I am getting both foremilk and hindmilk to baby. Initially there is so much foremilk when I pump my ENORMOUS right breast. Thanks!
Try less time on that side perhaps or leave out any type of stimulation on that side i.e. no compressions, compresses etc. How much more are you getting from the one side?
You should see a small layer of thicker milk on top of the thinner layer after each session - are you seeing that in the bottles/storage bags? Some women also feel a letdown sensation (kinda tingles) when the thicker milk begins, do you notice that at all?
I also had one breast that produced more milk, not a huge difference, but sometimes an oz or so.
I had that in both and would produce 60 ounces/day with way too much foremilk. I ended up pumping and dumping the first several ounces to get a better balance but that didn't help with the quantity I was producing so I started cutting the length of my sessions by a few minutes at each session till I'd cut it by almost half and that seemed to help.
