 hi all, I wanna start losing weight but I'm afraid my supply is going to suffer when i start  exercising. I used to dance zumba a lot and last week was my first time coming back since I had a baby 6  weeks ago.  the very next day,  my supply dropped 3 ozs.  what kind of work out is best when EPing?   also any tips on how to lose weight faster without having to suffer my supply?  thank you!

Hydrate! I think it's ok to eat more, at least you'll have muscle working/toning

I wish I had some advise. My exercise is walking up and down the stairs what seems like hundreds of times a day! :) Our house is set up poorly...so baby's nursery/pumping station/laundry room is downstairs and kitchen/rest of house is upstairs! I agree, definitely hydrate. And keep pumping! That helps to lose baby weight! And yes, maybe you could try some low impact exercise...yoga/pilates?
