Bags leaking!

I'm using the lansinoh bags to freeze my milk and the last few I've taken from the freezer have leaked and I've lost a good couple of ounces each time! I'm so upset about this because o thought these were some of the best bags and I have so much frozen already... Anyone have any solutions to not loose the milk while thawing and or what other methods do you have to store milk? Thank you

I place each bag within a ziplock bag prior to thawing. That way I catch some of the lost milk if there was a leak.

I did something similar to the previous poster--I would thaw the bags in a tupperware, which would catch any leaky milk. That said, I only had about 4 leaky lansinoh bags over an entire year, during which I used many, many bags. Could you have gotten a bad batch? Could they have been dropped? The four of mine that leaked had all been dropped (I would put a big X on them with a sharpie after I dropped them so I would know to thaw them in a tupperware). Our small freezer was stuffed, so sometimes some fell out when I opened the door. Some people use the ice cube tray freezing system (special 1 ounce cube trays for bm) and then put them in ziplocs. I tried the medela bags and hated them, so I wouldn't recommend those.
