Don't know how to deal with my frozen stash... Any advice?

So I never thought I'd say this but, I have too much milk! I have been EPing for 7 months and I freeze about  15oz a day. I have recently dropped pumps and have seen a decrease, but I am still freezing some. I recently started giving my LO some of the milk that has been frozen the longest, because I know that my milk adjusts as she grows. I hate thawing the milk and all that... I find that there is less to wash and do if I just give her the fresh milk.  I plan feeding her breast milk for a year. Could I still use the frozen milk after 3months? How much does my milk really change? Will it not be as nutritious for her after the 3 month mark? I'd hate to dump it out. Has anyone had a similar situation? Thanks in advance.

3 month old milk is fine. Milk is good in the freezer for 3-4 months, and in a deep freeze for 6-12 months. Yes, the composition changes some over time to suit your baby's needs, but not so much that it is not beneficial. Lots of moms invest in deep freezers so they can store milk longer and use it after the 3 month mark. You can always throw in one or two bottles of frozen every day, and give the rest fresh, just to keep your stash rotating. Congrats on having such a great supply!
