Handling milk (and feedings) while out and about

This is probably a basic/simple question, but I'm just curious as to how you ladies handle milk/feedings while out and about (like running errands and such).
In my case I usually feed my freshest milk first. I keep that milk at room temp so if I am heading out I just put enough for her next feeding into a bottle and into the insulated bottle compartment in my diaper bag. If I have to use milk that has been in the fridge I do as Erin mentioned with a cooler pack .Luckily at this point babe will drink milk warm, room temp, or cold from the fridge so I don't have to worry about warming bottles when we are out. As the weather warms up I will have to start using a cooler pack all the time.
Ahhh, thank you ladies.
I have an older DS (I pumped exclusively for him his first year too) and we are out and about alot!
