I have "extra lipase" issues and started scalding my milk before freezing.

Is the milk still clumpy after you mix and warm it? I have found that especially in the last month (6 1/2 months pp) that the fat content in my milk has really increased. It separates out after just a short time and has obvious fatty clumps in it straight from the boob ;) My frozen milk does separate out too but mixes nicely once swirled and warmed a bit. I don't normally warm my milk because I usually feed fresh at room temp or DD will also just drink cold from the fridge but the frozen stuff I always warm a bit to help it mix better. My frozen milk has always had a really metallic smell and taste to it that I find revolting but my DD gobbles it up so I assume it's ok. Thank goodness...since I worked really hard for my freezer stash and would probably officially lose my mind if I couldn't use it. Don't know if that hepls but that is my experience so far. Good luck!
