Reusing milk

I read somewhere that unlike formula, breastmilk can be reused after babies feeding. Is this just for fresh milk that hasn't been cooled in the fridge and rewarmed?

I always save my milk in the refrigerator if the baby did not finish it and offer it to him whenever he is hungry. It is also safe to keep it at room temperature if you are going to feed it to them within a few hours. Not more that than because the milk will go bad.
