Hi My little man is a little over 11 months and i was going strong i had a ton mpsof milk in the freezer and i under estimated how long it would last me. So i was down to 2 pumps a day at 1.5 hrs each and my freezer stash has disapeared before my eyes!! I am out. I am not making enough i just used my last frozen today but im not sure what i should do tomorrow. Yesterday i have started pumping 5-6 times a day at 15-30 min each trying to build my supply up but i am worried! I have maybe an ounce what is he going to eat in the morning if i dont get enough to satisfy him? Anyone have suggestions? Im going to try and do an over night pump to. I work so i need atleast an extra bottle to take with me when i cant pump i work a 5 hr shift. This stinks!!

Hi, here's my suggestion, if you're going to get frustrated over supply, he's old enough that you *could* start transitioning to whole/Vit D/soy milk. I started transitioning Parker at 10 months.... I asked his ped and she said he was more than ready if need be- he had more than hit all his major milestones and was 100th% for height/weight. I know it's not what most EP'ers have in mind, but, stressing over supply isn't going to help your supply either. KWIM?
