Decreased Supply Question

For the past 3 weeks I have been pumping around 60 oz a day. I pumped a little less yesterday (56 oz) and I'm thinking I am going to pump less today as well judging by how much I have pumped so far. I had a massive clogged duct 2 days ago (half of my right boob was clogged up...not fun) and I hit the 12-week mark this upcoming Sunday. Could the decrease be due to the clog and my boob is just recovering or is the decrease due to hitting the 12-week mark? Does one's supply drop at all at 12 weeks? Baby C only drinks about 30 oz a day and I have enough of a freezer stash to last for the next month or two so I don't think I should be concerned with a decrease because of not having enough milk for her. I'm more concerned about a decrease increasing the likelihood of more clogged ducts. Thanks for the help!

If I had to guess, I'd say it's the clog working itself out. I'm the queen of clogs and it's a big ol pain! You should bounce back to your regular output in a few days. Just keep up the warm relaxing compressed or take a really warm shower and let the water hit the clogged area.

12 weeks is typically just a guideline for establishing a good supply. You don't just adjust down then.
