Is hind milk my problem?

My little girl is just over 10 weeks old and close to 11 lbs.   She was born at 8 and a half lbs.   Shes always been a fussy eater (part of the reason we ended up exclusively pumping) but she is really on the small side.  I feed her roughly 4 oz every 3ish hrs....i would gladly give her more but thats all i can get her to take, and taking that takes about 45 mins and a lot of starting and stopping.  I pump every 3-4 hrs during the day for about 10 min each time and get an average of 40 oz.  She is only drinking 20 of that (on a good day).  She is also sleeping through the night from about 9 until 4.  SO my question is am i feeding her enough?  I feel like I shouldnt wake her up to feed her, my doctor says shes ok.....but she is small.  I looked at the hind milk in my bottles recently and relised there isn't a whole lot, some one told me that exclusively pumping gives you a large amount of foremilk.....could this be part of the problem?

If your doctor isn't worried, I don't think you should be (too much!) either. Maybe try a dream feed at 11pm? Good luck
