Hi all,

I am currently pumping 6 times a day and (knock on wood) have finally managed to get through some bouts of clogging and mastitis to a point where I pump pretty comfortably. I am only producing 25oz ish a day which is fine for now since my LO is only 2 months and is eating about that much, if a little less. But I want to know if it is at all possible to increase my supply without having to go back to

You can make one of your pumps a power pump twice weekly or three times a week.

Hey there,

Thanks for the tips. When you did your marathon pumping and your supply increased, did you have any issues with blocked ducts or engorgement when you went back to your 6x/day pumping schedule? It seems that if I let too much time go between pumps, the milk builds up, I get a bit painful and tend to develop blockages. I want to increase supply but worry that these kinds of symptoms would occur along with the increase. Just curious about your experience.

I also had biggest problem with clogged ducts, and had to be on antibiotics at first. That was in the beginning.
