inconsistent supply?

My LO is 3.5 months old, and I've FINALLY caught up with his needs...BARELY. One thing I've noticed over the past week or so (it may have been going on longer without me realizing it) is that my supply is inconsistent from day to day. One day I'll pump plenty with a little bit to spare. The next day it's like squeezing blood out of a turnip. Then the next day it's gangbusters again. And then next...nada.

Anyone know why this might be and what I might do about it?

I doing the same. One day I will make 54 ounces and the next 48 ounces. I gathering its based on how much water i drink and what I'm eating. One the days i dont drink a lot of water my supply is lower.

I was wondering about water too. Have you noticed if it's THAT DAY or the next day when you don't drink enough?

I was about to get really depressed about how much milk you are producing. My "gangbusters" day is around 29 oz. But then I saw that you have twins. ;-)

It is usually the next day i will notice. It takes 24 hours for my body to notice i wasnt getting enough water. I try to drink 2 cups of water while I'm puming, but lately i been craving sodas like crazy.
