Vacation, New Pump, Cold...Pumping Trifecta?

I've been EPing for 7 months. At the beginning of this month we went on vacation and my schedule of 6 pumps a day, one every 4 hours for 45 minutes, was slightly interrupted. I would go 4.5-5 hours in between some pumps, but still got 6/day. At the same time I switched from a PISA to the Freestyle. Before vacation I was getting 46-50oz/day. The first two weeks with the new pump my totals stayed in the same range. Last week I was hit pretty hard with a nasty cold, which I'm still trying to fully recover from. I didn't take any meds for the cold. Some days during the last week I haven't even broken 40oz, despite pumping every 2 hours. I'm hoping my decrease is due to the cold and not the new

I thought I was seeing a little improvement, a few days I was getting closer to 45. Then I went back down to 38 yesterday. :( I have a spin off question. If I spend a week or so pumping closer together(2-3

I suppose everyone is different, but I have hardly worried at all about the spacing.

I know I'm very lucky to be getting 38 ounces. My fear is just that it will continue to decline but it seems to be stuck around the 38-42oz point now. I'm still having a little left to freeze after DS eats for the day. I just feel bad because I'm a milk donor and now that my supply has dropped
