Congrats on 9 months...I'm right behind you...will be 9 months on the 1st! Are you still pumping 3-4 times per day? What kind of supply do you have? What is dd's consumption?

I have been at 3 pumps for a while but have cheated the last few days and only pumped 2 times. My supply at 3 pumps was 28-32 oz and dd is only taking about 20-24 oz. Have a great freezer stash so even if my supply drops below her consumption I can dip into that. May just alternate between 2 and 3 for a while and see. Only pumping twice is great but pumping for an hour vs 40 minutes kinda sucks in it's own way.

Have recently been thinking of trying to nurse just to see what happens but dd was a biter even before teeth and those 2 little pearly whites she has now scare me to death ;)

Hi mapleleaf! Yah! You are basically at 9 months. Well done. I'm still at 3 ppd. I skipped for 3 days - when i thought nursing was kinda working. But now that stopped so I guess I am staying with 3 for now. My supple and amount dd is taking is about the same as yours - my supply is dropping now some as AF just returned. But that is ok I guess as I want to start TTC soon. I sure hope I don't have to pump full time for the next one. But if so at least I'll know what I'm doing... It is really hard to keep going - especially since alot of my BFing friends stopped at 9 months for whatever reason. But I figure I've made it this far. I have one month frozen so if I can hang in there for 2 more months I've made it. (although baby doesn't care for frozen so we'll see) I am toying with the idea of dropping to 2 ppd soon. It may help me keep going. I could just do 2 ppd and use part frozen like you said. So glad you are out there! Maybe we can cheer each other on for the last lap:) Good luck if you give nursing a try. Watch out for those teeth! Keep me posted on 2 ppd... :)
