Hi everyone, I am new to forum but not to Eping. I've been pumping for 6 months using a rented Symphony but I'm considering buying a Freestyle instead for the convenience of it. I'm worried however that I won't be able to maintain my supply with a Freestyle. I usually

I have a freestyle and I absolutely love it - I've never tried a symphony but would highly recommend the Freestyle!

I dealt with this exact issue! I was renting a symphony but needed something portable. My husband was giving me a hard time because the freestyle was the third pump in the house. So I returned the symphony only to go back and get it a week later. My supply never seemed to go back up. I would keep the symphony. Don't get me wrong, I like the freestyle a lot but here are the cons: it takes longer to pump. I usually have to pump for an extra 10 min vs the symphony. It is gentle but not as gentle as the symphony. I am a huge believer that a hospital pump is the most efficient way to pump. I have been pumping for 5 months and the symphony has made it easier. However if you can afford to rent one and purchase a freestyle I highly reco that as the pro of the freestyle is portability. I have even loaded the dishwasher while pumping. But if I had to choose I would keep the symphony as long as possible. Just my 2 cents from my experience. Also for perspective I have tried 5 different pumps. Good luck!
