Still confused about weaning

After reading some of the other posts about weaning, I'm still some what confused on how to start! Do i start by dropping a pump or shaving off the amount of time i pump? Or both?! HELP! :)

I'm interested in this topic too! I am down to 3 pumps now and have been here for about a week--30 min morning, 30 min night, and one 15 min mid day. My current plan is to shave time off the mid day one so that I am at 2x, and then shave minutes off one of those to get to 1 pump, and go from there. I have enough "storage capacity" to go to 2 now and plan to do that in the next couple of days, so so far so good. I'd love to hear what worked for others.

Your approach might vary depending on your breasts. If your body has often struggled with keeping up milk supply and
