My 9 week old takes great naps throughout the day and falls apart after her 3:30p feeding.

I must agree with Beth.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I think at 9 weeks its very normal to be up twice a night to nurse. Some babies do sleep longer but most I think do wake at least once or twice at that age, many wake 3 times or more.
Have you tried starting bedtime routine earlier and getting her down earlier for the night?
