.... do YOU get each night?  According to this article, you need at least 6.5 hours per night to not be sleep deprived.

Are you getting enough?

Now that my daughter is sleeping better I am getting around 7 or so hours each night. I need to get myself to bed shortly after I put my daughter down but I always take the opportunity to get chores done once she is asleep. I'm trying to just let things go so I can get some rest myself.

Definitely sleep deprived and all I can do is blame insomnia!

Hi jennadnearo,

I know exactly what you are saying! I get so much done in the hours after my children go to bed. It's hard to go to bed yourself when you are getting so much done! I often stay up way too late for that very reason!

Oh, insomnia! No fun at all, Carol. I can't imagine how exhausting it must be!
