I am looking for a sugar and salt free teething biscuit for my 7 month old.

Anyone know any good recipes for homemade, or had any luck finding any store bought brands?

Hi there!

Have you checked out wholesombabyfood.com? I used recipes from there often when I was feeding my little guy homemade baby food.

I did a search of teething biscuits and this is what I came up with:

There's a long list of recipes and I noticed that several of them omit sugar and salt. Hopefully that's a bit helpful! Good luck and let us know if you find something baby loves!

Spencer LOVES Baby Mum-Mums. They have organic versions and are made with Japonica flour. I just checked their site to see if they are salt/sugar free but it doesn't look like they are. According to the site, they have a small amount of both in them as a leveling agent so that they will rise. Bummer! Any specific reason you are trying to avoid salt and sugar completely?
