I am looking for a sugar and salt free teething biscuit for my 7 month old.
Anyone know any good recipes for homemade, or had any luck finding any store bought brands?

Have you checked out wholesombabyfood.com? I used recipes from there often when I was feeding my little guy homemade baby food.
I did a search of teething biscuits and this is what I came up with:

There's a long list of recipes and I noticed that several of them omit sugar and salt. Hopefully that's a bit helpful! Good luck and let us know if you find something baby loves!
