Angelic baby getting fussy

I have a 9 week old girl who was an absolute angel for the first 8 weeks of her life, only crying when hungry/wet/gassy, etc. This weekend though she started turning into a fuss pot, constantly wanting to be held in the evening, having trouble falling asleep and just doing a whole lot more crying. During the day she is delightful and easygoing so I don't think there is anything really wrong medically. I wonder if the sudden arrival of the hot weather has her out of sorts. Anyone have similar experiences?

aww ;-( sorry the crabbies are visiting. It could be the hot weather, it could be a growth spurt, she could just really need a few extra cuddles:)

sadly- the crankies have creeped their way into my house now:( Both my girls are being little nightmares. boo :P
