Given the lengths so-called helicopter parents will go to protect their children, one would think an actual helicopter blade

I posted this on my facebook as well, and someone there pointed out that babies heads are already so big compared to their body, so top heavy, that they shouldn't have any more weight or size added.

I had a funny image in a bunch of kids bouncing around in bubbles like they were on teh moon.... lol

Your response made me chuckle! I guess it is a bit overkill, huh? Perhaps they'll recommend individual bubbles for kids next? ;)

Ugh, and the baby can't even get back up because the helmet's in the way.

Crawling helmets? SERIOUSLY?? Does no one consider the billions of people who have survived prior to CRAWLING HELMETS? Kids are tough. They need to fall in order to learn to NOT fall. >shaking my head<... crawling helmets. What's next??

I don't know about this! At first I thought it was silly, but after I watched the video, I'm rethinking things. Seeing that little boy fall was scary! It seems to me that the helmet would make it hard for them to be mobile though?
