... do you drink each day? Do you get enough?
I keep a water bottle with me constantly and I get at least 8 glasses on the days I'm working. I must admit that I struggle on my 'off' days, though. I have to constantly remind myself to drink enough water those days.
How about you? How much water do you drink each day?
