Baby Not Getting Enough?

Hello, I am new to this board. I am the mother to a 8 1/2 month old baby boy. I have been back at work since April full time. I have made it this far exclusively breastfeeding and pumping. I have consistently been able to provide three bottles for him a day when I am away at work. A 3 1/2 ounce, and two four to four 1/2 ounce bottles. He gets them at 9 am, 12 pm, and 3 pm. I nurse him when I pick him up at like 5:30 pm, 8:00 bed time, and again at like 3/4 am. Again at six and then before I go at seven so a total of 3 bottles a day and five nursing sessions. He gets solids two to three times a day.

I pump at 10:30 am, and 3:00 pm, and 10:00 pm. Also, if I am running low for the next day, I will pump while I feed him at the 7:00 am feeding.

The problems are two fold:

My son is constipated frequently and when he does have a bm, it is hard and small. Not baby like mush. So I worry he isn't getting enough fluids. He does have regular wet diapers.

Secondly, my supply has dropped and I have been getting only 3.25 to 3.75 a pumping session. I tried fenugreek but am not familiar with it to know if it is safe and if it will help long-term.

Do you think he is getting enough fluids?
Can I use fenugreek daily? Are there any side effects?

Thank you in advance for any advice, I am thinking of supplementing because I worry he is deheydrated.

At this stage of the game, especially since solids have been added, stools are not a very good indicator of intake.
