change really is the only constant in life, lol

At first I thought it was an odd day or two, but now after 3 weeks of DS waking & feeding at the time I usually have my first pump I have decided to make some changes.

In order to keep my supply stocked I replaced my first pump with another one at work. I tried this yesterday and ended up with 14.5oz  (usually would have at least 18, but without the first pump went down to 12).

Also wondering if the cause to DS waking at 4:30 instead of 6:30 (then he goes back to sleep after eating until 6:30) is perhaps a wet diaper then 'hey, I'm awake food would be nice' thinking. We CD so I ordered a cloth diaper that had good reviews for overnight. I will be trying this soon.

I also read that some babies start waking when they had not previously due to milestone developments. DS had demonstrated his rolling ability about the same time. I am trying to be patient.

Any other thoughts, suggestions? TIA!

Growth spurt, so he needs to feed more. It doesn't just happen with newborns.

That had crossed my mind, but DS has been doing this since about July 7th.

Here's from kellymom:

How long do growth spurts last?

Growth spurts usually last 2-3 days, but sometimes last a week or so.

Schedule changes happened to us a couple times . They just did. Never found a reason other than DS getting older.
