cutting out pumping?

Well the end of my pumping days are in sight! Kassidy will turn a year old at the end of January so I'm starting to think about how I'm going to wean off the pump. I plan to continue nursing when we are together but I am looking forward to HUTH. So here is my plan... I'd love to hear feedback about if this will work etc.
Right now Kassidy eats about 12oz while I'm away. I work M-Th and drop her off with my dad at about 6:45AM and pick her up at 3:45 so we are apart about 9 hours. On T and Th I go and see her at lunch so there is potential to nurse her then if necessary. Right now I the other side. I then pump twice a day usually at about 9:30AM and 1:30AM.
My plan is to continue sending 12oz through November. In December I plan to stop pumping in the morning and start sending 9oz. In January I am going to only pump once at around 11AM and plan to send about 6oz a day. Then, in February I plan to stop pumping (Yay) and send whatever is left in my freezer stash until it is gone. I'll also introduce cows milk to ease the transition.
What do you think? Will this work?

She is eating three meals a day in addition to breastfeeding and the 12oz in bottles so I do think she is getting enough. We do not have any allergies on either side so I'm not really worried about introducing milk. I also don't have a substantial freezer stash so I really don't have much of a cushion if I'm not pumping enough. I am really having to work for my 12oz as is so if I could drop to 9oz I would really be able to relax and maybe get a little more of a stash for when I stop pumping all together.
I just really mostly hate that morning pump... I mean I get up at 5AM and it really is not fun sitting around with a breastpump that early in the morning! I was previously getting about 15oz a day so I dropped the morning pump about 2 months ago and after a month of not pumping I was struggling to get enough milk for the day so had to add it back in and my supply has never really recovered.
