Double Pump Tips...

Hello ladies! I still have 5 weeks before returning to work, but I want to try to get the whole 'double' pumping thing down. Right now, I just do one side at a time. I'm not sure why or if it's just my breasts, but right now I need to support them to keep the nipple centered and suction right - any ideas of how to do that with both sides and be able to turn the pump on/off?

Any helpful tips are welcome! :)

I would suggest getting a pumping bra, making a pumping bra, or getting a pumping support. I found that the pumping support fit my needs better. I posted about it a while back and it includes the link to amazon (which is cheaper than the product's website!). I am very happy with it! I pump hands-free and it supports full bottles of milk without moving "off-center." Here is the link to my post: http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-ppworkpump&msg=45269.1&ctx=0

One word of caution though: if you DO order this, make sure you go to the product's website and look at their sizing chart. I am a larger gal and assumed I would need an XL, but it turns out I needed L (and it is even a little loose). Good luck!
