I am heading back to work in two weeks as a high school teacher. Because my two chances to pump are my planning period and lunch period, I would like to get a hands free pump so i can eat or grade or do something while pumping!

Can anyone make any recommendations? And where do I get them?

There are a couple of options. I have the Pumpin' Pals hands-free strap, www.pumpinpal.com, and there are a number of different styles at www.breakoutbras.com.

I think Pumpin Pals (www.pumpinpals.com) has something for hands-free.


Or you can get a special bra/bustier.


Or you can use an old bra or sports bra and cut an 'X' where the flange goes through.


Or you can try the hairband trick shown here:
