Holy Oatmeal??!

I eat instant oatmeal every morning for breakfast which, given my hectic morning schedule, tends to be between my first and second pump at work. I have noticed that my second pump has been yielding more milk than my first, but it wasn't really that much more (3oz vs 2oz). Today, a couple of co-workers and I went to a fancy take-out place for breakfast, and I got their fancy steel cut oatmeal...it was good, but not really worth the $3.50 price tag (or so I thought)! I pumped 4 ounces during my second pump! Does the oatmeal work that fast? Is it possible that the real thing is that much more effective?? I hadn't really put together the higher volume second pump with the oatmeal until today. Could it really be the oatmeal?? Does it work that fast? If it is the oatmeal, can anyone recommend some really good sources of real oatmeal other than cereal?
Thanks!!

Hmmm... not sure it would work that fast, but maybe it does!
I have heard that the whole oats are better than instant oatmeal, so I would make the regular oatmeal in the microwave, and it really didn't take much longer than the instant kind.
