Ryan is 8.5 mo old and is almost exclusively reverse cycling.

Hmm...


On the one hand, since he's almost completely reverse cycling, he's keeping up the demand so your supply should be preserved even w/o pumping.


On the other hand, I just get nervous about eliminating all workday pumping, though at 8.5 months it's certainly less of a risk than at 3 months e.g.


I think I would be hesitant to quit pumping altogether ... but maybe keep it at one pump if that's doable.


Have you tried scalding your milk?

I am returning to work on October 5th and was wondering if the reverse cycling is something they do on there own or something we help them do? I think I would be interested in this. Right now he does not take a bottle very well. My mother watched him the other day and he just picked at it but as soon as I got home he was starving.
