Weak 2nd letdown?

Is it normal for letdowns to become weaker as time goes on? When I pump I do compressions throughout the letdown and when no more milk is coming out, I turn the pump off and on to speed it up, and I usually get a 2nd letdown after a couple of minutes. The past few pumps, my 2nd letdown doesn't feel as strong and the milk isn't coming out as forcefully as it used to. I'm still getting enough milk, but I don't feel like it's all coming out. Tips? Suggestions? TIA!

Are you stressed? That can definitely affect letdown. Vicious cycle there ;)

Try distraction or thinking about the baby - do you have a video you could watch?

It may just be an issue of your supply regulating ... ultimately as long as you're getting the milk you need, you're doing ok :)

Thanks for your replies! I'm not stressed out. In fact, I stopped looking at the clock (because it was stressing me out) and I just stop pumping after my 2nd letdown. I think it could have been my horns...turns out I need 30mm for my left one and 27mm for my right. I was using 27 for the left and 24 for the right. I've been getting a tiny bit more milk with the bigger shields, too!
