CFF and Johns Hopkins have launched a new website, CFTR2 which discusses CF mutations (and combinations) and gives data about symptoms and severity of symptoms based on mutation combinations. I've been poking around for a few minutes, it's not super in-depth, but has some interesting information.

I agree. It's not particularly intuitive. I took the user survey and conveyed this. I thought it was particularly interesting that it told which mutations had pancreatic insufficiency. I just assumed that was a given. Always more to learn, I guess.
