This is an amazing accomplishment, doctors were able to immediately insert a pacemaker into a preemie that wouldn't have survived otherwise:

It is truly amazing what surgeons and technology are able to do to save babies.

Totally agree, it's just incredible that they are able to do this on such a little part of the body.
