Have you and your heart kid had your flu shot yet?

Our area had a community-wide flu shot event.  Shots were free for everyone.  Children, however, had to go to the county health centers for their shots.  However, they can go anytime and not just on this one occasion.  Do any of your children's doctors allow heart kids or their siblings to receive the flu mist rather than the flu shot?  I've heard that many doctors do not recommend the flu mist for heart kids and their siblings.
