Lydia update

Just wanted to update you all: after being on the Berlin heart for two weeks Lydia had 4 strokes (2 major, 2 minor). She was out on another machine that confines her to the PICU until she gets a new heart. She is now the highest status on the transplant list, status 4. There are no other status 4s in west Canada right now. She was featured on national news two weeks ago and if you'd like to see the clip, let me know and I'll pm the link to you, Lydia has lost sensation in her right hand and arm and maybe some loss of vision but is otherwise coherent.
