Texas Children's Hospital in Houston had an adult CHD program.  More and more of our children will be in need of these programs as they grow because their situations are not your typical adult heart problems.  Also, doctors are learning more and more about adults with CHD because there are now so many who are thriving.  Here's an article about pregnancy in a patient who has a heart defect.

Success story here too!  I was 35 (advanced maternal age!) when I delived my DS.  I carried 40 weeks and 1 day.  Delivery was by c-section.

Prior to pregnancy, I worked with my doctors on appropriate weight to start (so I COULD gain the pregnancy weight without too much stress on the heart).  I listened to my body - rested when I needed, ate healthy, etc.  No problems.  I was followed by a high risk doctor who also followed the heart development of the fetus.

It is possible!
