Anna's Story

Hi Everyone, My daughter Anna was born in 2001 with TA, HRV,ASD, VSd's she had her Glenn at 3months, her Fontan when she was 2. Some of you may remember us, when she was small I posted here frequently under the name Pam.t . Anna is 10 now and an extremely happy and healthy little girl. When we found out about her defect at our 20 week ultrasound I spent hours online looking for stories of older children with similar defects to hers, trying to get some idea of what we could expect. I didn't find many of older children but I did find this board and the lovely parents here who were so willing to share their experiences and knowledge with us, for that I will be eternally grateful. Everyday there are new families being told the baby they are expecting has a chd, like us I know they will spend hours online looking for information and positive stories so we made this video for them, feel free to share it anywhere and with anyone.
